In bundle one tacppd will be active. Active status means, that this tacppd have to do snmp/icmp network devices polling, and also this tacppd will send to network devices snmp commands for drop users. Also this tacppd resource system will do updates to database during resources changes. This is tacppd with highest bundle priority value. The algorythm of active tacppd selection next: after start every tacppd matched as inactive, send start packet and wait 30 sec. If it receive keepalive, start, dt or ut packet in bundle, than it store information about this tacppd, and compare priority values with own priority value. The maximum priority tacppd set as active. If localhost tacppd priority higher, this server - active. In other case - inactive. If any receive start packet, than it should send set of devicetrack and usertack packets. The list of tacppd servers has expire value of 61 sec, if during this time no information come from any tacppd, than this tacppd server delete from list and if it was active, than do new active server select. Any tacppd send keepalives every 10 secs in case, if no dt or ut packets were created during this period. If it were, than it wait 10 secafter own last dt or ut packet was sent.
