Information for create tacppd bundle. There are only one bundle possible.

If you set cryptokey to ``none'' than bundle traffic will be unencrypted (for debug purposes). Ttl value - this is multicast time-to-live in hops. Ttl=1 for multicasts in one LAN, more value - if you have routers between servers in one bundle.
